PPPoE Einstieg mit Unifi USG (statische IP)

Hallo miteinander!

Ich hab heute meinen fonira-Anschluss bekommen. Und zwar über das Zyxel VMG4005-B50A, hinter dem ich mein Unifi Secrity Gateway (USG) betreibe. Ich stelle dort die VLAN-ID 31 ein und komme mit DHCP auch problemlos online.

Dazu habe ich aber auch die statische IP-Adresse, für die man ja (statt mit DHCP) via PPPoE mit den mitgeteilten Zugangsdaten einsteigt. So schaff ichs aber nicht, eine Verbindung herzustellen. Meine Einstellungen häng ich hier mal an.

Ich werd morgen den Support befragen, aber vielleicht überseh ich ja einen simplen Punkt, auf den mich einer von euch hinweisen kann...? Danke schonmal!

Fehlermeldung? Hast du mal im Logfile nachgesehen? Vielleicht passen ja die Zugangsdaten nicht.

Die Einstellungen dürften soweit passen. Sorry, ich habe leider keine Ahnung wieso IPCP/IPV6CP bei deinem Anschluss in ein Timeout laufen. Wird die Einwahl mehrfach probiert?

Mit einer statischen IP hast du ja auch ein statisches /60 IPv6-Netz. Das schon mal probiert einzugeben? Abgesehen davon hat er ja IPv6 deaktiviert?

Ja IPv6 steht am WAN jetzt mit "Using DHCPv6" und Prefix Delegation Size 60 und am LAN mit "Prefix Delegation". Macht aber keinen Unterschied. (Funktioniert wunderbar, wenn ich mit der dynamischen IP4, also auch dort mit DHCP, einsteige)

Als Static IP am WAN hab ichs jetzt noch nicht probiert (und wüsste auch gar nicht, was ich als Router-Adresse eingeben müsste)

Der Support konnte mir leider nicht weiterhelfen, weil er mein Gerät nicht kennt (was ich ja verstehe, dass ich keinen Support für mein eigenes Equipment bekomme). Die Zugangsdaten haben wir noch mal kontrolliert, die passen.

Ich tagge daher mal ganz frech @fonira und @dandjo (der die Kombi ja schon mal am Laufen hatte, wie ich hier im Forum gesehen hab). Vielleicht hat ja noch wer einen Tipp.

Was ist, wenn du zum Test mal DHCPv6 ganz raus nimmst? Wie gesagt, ich glaube das es nicht geht, weil die statische IPv4 auch ein statisches IPv6 benötigt. Die IPv6 Daten würden mich dann aber auch interessieren, was man da eingeben muss, weil ich morgen dasselbe machen muss bei meinem Anschluss mit Unifi

Ich habs am Anfang auch ganz ohne IPv6 probiert, ging genausowenig.
Wie man das statische IPv6 bei der USG einrichten muss/kann, hat @dandjo hier super erklärt (Posts #14 und #15)

Auf den Screenshorts dort sieht man übrigens, dass die VLAN-ID deaktiviert ist (ich nehm an, weil das VLAN am Zyxel konfiguriert wurde?). Aber auch die Variante ohne VLAN geht bei mir nicht (und wie mans am Zyxel einstellt weiß ich nicht). Wie gesagt, bei DHCP (dynamische IP/CGNAT) funktioniert das mit VLAN 31 in den USG-WAN-Einstellungen.
